Bingo
Athletes' Primary Fund Raiser

All Chesterfield Schools have to raise money to help pay for
items for Athletes.  Field maintenance alone is $28,000/year
for James River sports.  A certain number of helmets & shoulder pads
must be reconditioned; A certain number replaced. Same for pads & uniforms.

Our main fund raiser is to manage 12 bingo events during the year at
Pop's Bingo Hall. The football team receives money based on providing all 16
volunteers per event. This is an increase from last year,
where the team supported 4 bingo events.

Each bingo event requires a minimum of 4 managers & 12 volunteers
from 5:30- 9:30pm. This is a once a month commitment.
We have over 100 football families.

Volunteers can be parents, siblings, friends, neighbors, other relatives, etc. If it
would be more convenient for a family, you can split it up
in 2 hour blocks (5:30-7:30 and 7:30-9:30pm).
